If any of you out there have never climbed, ran or hiked in the mountains I strongly advise to give it a go some day. I’m just down from my last mountain run of my great holiday in British Columbia and have to say every mountain I climb just gets better and more spectacular. Today’s was up to an elevation of about 1450metres and the views of the surrounding mountain ranges, the Pacific Ocean, Vancouver Island and Mount Baker in the states were just top class. Photos only give a slight insight into these views. Anyone out there taking up running or looking to improve those times, this can be a variation in training with huge benefits.
