I ran a little below pace tonight as hamstring has been tight. Followed with a 20 minute core session at home. On the foam roller now to loosen things up a bit. A 7km run was ok though at 4.17min average per km. Hopefully some recovery this week and I will be flying again by the weekend. A tough season of training has taken it’s toll with a few small injuries creeping in over the last week or two . This of course is normal at any level!
