A busy day at work meant I missed my opportunity for a cycle and decided on a day off running to rest before a few hard sessions Friday and Sunday. A 20 minute spin on the bike in the gym and a 40 minute circuit class in gym with personal trainer Hugh O Neill, which, given his expertise, was plenty for today.
I will post a pre race plan by the weekend for Sea to Summit, which is taking place on 9 November. At this stage most of my training will be complete and it is then about rest, nutrition and getting my mind around the course and my plans for the race.
