The Importance of a Proper Arm Swing | RunAddicts

I reckon we can all learn a little from this one.  Arm movements come even more into play when ascending and descending mountains. Try different arm movements and see how some can help more than others. I find on downhill running that I let my arms go loose and often have them out sideways as extra balance. On the uphill I keep them by my side more and they can be worked to power body forward. All a learning curve that I’m just starting really!
