Training Friday

Today’s training consisted of 25 minutes core including kettlebells and skipping. A 6km low intensity run. 32 minutes spinning with 2 minutes on and 1 minute off hill climb intervals. Finished with a 10 minute run. My friend Mark trained with me. I find it great to train with others when you can to break the monotony of always training alone.
