Thurday’s dinner – after gym and a recovery shake.

Pork chops, rice and a mix of veg. I normally don’t eat chops but nice for a change. I grilled the chops and boiled the rice. The veg consisted of broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and garlic in a stir fry with added herbs and chilli. A recovery shake post gym kept the hunger away until dinner was ready.
Gym today consisted of 20 minute core work, 35 minute spinning with hill climbs and 20 minutes running at 4 minutes per kilometer.
